What Happens Next?

Upon receipt of your complaint, Investor in Customers will:

  1. Acknowledge your complaint.
  2. Review and investigate the concerns raised.
  3. Contact you if further information is required.
  4. Provide a response explaining our findings and any action taken.

We aim to respond as soon as possible and, where applicable, within the timescales required under UK GDPR. If your complaint relates to a data protection right request, we will handle it in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our response, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
